I just put a set of 50# injectors in my car and need to know what to use for fuel presser? i was told to sart at 40? can i go up to 50 (with the vac hose off?)
If you don't know, 3 bar (i.e. about 43 PSI) is as good a place to start as any.
Yes, you can go up to 50 PSI, but shouldn't you have purchased larger injectors (e.g. 55's) to give yourself a little more breathing room if that's the case?
Fuel pressures are generally given as static (i.e. line off).

Sure, if you want to flood the motor with gas. Up in wyoming, I would think 40 psi would be a good place to start with 50# injectors and your mods. you might even need to go lower than 40#'s. you won't know until you try.
I agree with UNGN, at our altitude you probably want to start at 40# unless you have had a lot of headwork done or are flowing a ton of air. I run about 42# FP with a TE44 at 22# of boost on 100 octaine UL.
