What brand maf sensor works best for a translator. The one my dad has is going goofballs and its new. Any ideas?

Care to expand on that description any??? doesn't tell us much.

Anyway, any chevy 3" LT1/LS1, or 3.5" LS1 sensor should work just fine. Early/mid 90's vintage Impala or Camaro.

Sorry a bit vague. They are 3.5 inch. He got two new sensors from a distributor to o'reilley auto parts. (he is a dm there). I am not sure of the brand of them at all but they were given to him to try. They don't work compared to the one I have on mine. I switched them lastnight everything works perfect. So I am just wondering what brand people are using send where they get them.

Maybe the translator settings are off? Did you adjust them to match the MAF you are running?

Mike at FTS had a list of the proper Ls-1 part#s. I had a copy of it, but I can't find it now. I don't use the maf's anymore, so I can't compare the p.n. If you do a search or contact Mike at fullthrottlespeed, he will help you.
