Last online in April.

User has been banned. Every single IP address he logged in with was in a different part of the country or another country altogether. Cant catch them all at registration.

I would be skeptical if he shows up now. I would recommend no one does business with him without messaging an admin. I dont think he's up to anything shady but I cant say that his account wasnt compromised.
