New stage II build not running right (low vac)

Yes I added more timing later in the log to 30 degrees made no difference, we are at 1300 rpm already almost, cam is degreed in at 1 degree advanced.

What is the lobe separation on the cam?

112 degrees, see spec

Hopefully you put it in at 110 per spec.
I have a bigger cam and have 13-15 inches of vacuum at idle, if the cam is correct you need to check for vacuum leaks...

I would have to pressurize the intake and back off all the valves, I guess to do that. It seems to go together well, no issue. I will do a dynamic compression test next step see if I have a dead cyl while running. However it takes me 2 hours to get the pass valve cover off.
