I have just finished testing a new version of our 400 pro tree brake. It has engine braking in low and manual 2nd for street use. Also great for slowing you down at the track when you run out the back door. Will be available soon as I stamp out the plates.

Does this mean that it uses the front and rear band ?
is this an updated vb plate to your same VB or is everything new ?

I like the idea about the low/reverse band apply to protect the reation carrier. Seems to be more benifit than compression braking. Almost would think about upgrading but I don't want to remove the transmission to install the intermediate band.
Any issues with overlap ? Are you sure the bands will kick-off on the WOT shifts?

Wide open throttle not doesnt matter when you have fixed line .The stock 400 knocks the bands off the same way on manual 1/2 2/3 .

Chris,

Would you say that this is a full competition brake to replace your last version or is this something different ? Does it feature the same short passages ?

same short passage but engine braking in lo 1 and lo .first of its kind ever.
