That cali drags suck cus of limited spots; IF and thats if you get in I dought you will get more then 3 runs from 8am to 8pm. Also cali speedway sell an X number of PRE SOLD slots to the UTI students It is a nicer track though on a brighter note.

Yes...the same all-knowing/UTI jacket-wearing students that came over to me the last time I was out at CA Speedway. One of them asked why it was I didn't put a SBC in the GN...I replied, "Ah, you must be a newer student...the intent is to go faster, not slower...."

yep, the boost problem is fixed... looking to run about 22psi, nothing crazy.

yea im going to bring the camera. Not bringing the engine harness and fast unit though. I didn't have time to clean those parts(engine harness and fast harness) so im not going to bring those, but next week I will. I am probably going to need some help with someone to over look the connections between the engine harness and the fast harness before I install it in the GN.

The dvd is sick, and its only the scratch of the surface with my new computer. I made the dvd with a $50 program I downloaded and cracked, this means its free for me :biggrin: I can only imagin what a nice program would make in terms of DVD's. But im sure you will all like it, the runs came out fawking clean on DVD.

The ripple backround, "motion" thumb nail icons of each run, and short intro music of metallica's base player took me over 3 hrs to do. Add another 2 hrs to load all the runs on the computer and editing time. Plus burning time and copying the dvds for everyone who ran.

Someone bring a laptop so we can all watch it @ the drags, see you there.

Underboost Brent ran a 7.09 @ 96 MPH & was in line to make another pass & received news that his mother was rushed to the hospital & later passed away,
Needless to say a sad end to what would of been a great evening. Lou

Car ran good tonight.. the weather was GREAT.. boost problem was fixed, but its (controller) reading 2psi less then the FAST system.. also i'm having a problem with the shift light not lighting.. anyway.. best time was a 6.82 at 101mph on 23psi. the car was turning 1.52's 60ft's and was walking sideways when i hit 2 gear..

OH man, Brent my deep condolences go to you and your family Sorry to hear about your Mom, hang in there bud, it was also nice seeing your car today Run those good times, that thing is moving congrats on your good runs, i am sure you would have gotten your 6 second pass tonight but other things are more important like family, once again sorry to hear the bad news..

hey Brent i look forward to seeing you RUN that 6.90 or 6.80 pass, it will give me something to look forward too when my car gets put back together and start to run some mad boost on it keep up with the big boys . C U there next thursday.. need anything just call.
