Hey guys how's it going? I found this Buick online that I think I might wanna buy but I want to get some opinions about it first. It a 1985 with only 27k miles on it for $8.3k. It looks to me like it might have some rare options but I just wanted to get some opinions from the experts. Thanks. 1985 Buick Regal T Type

While that is great mileage, mileage isn't everything. Some 100k cars look like they have 10k and some 10k cars look like they have 100k. Anyway personally I wouldn't buy another hot air car (turbo buicks from 83-85) as they are harder to get going fast and there are not as many go-fast parts available. I would scrape about 10 thousand together and look for a sweet intercooled car. If you plan on making your car faster, try and buy one with a lot of parts already in place, just make sure you aren't buying someone elses problems. Also here's some reading for you here http://www.gnttype.org/general/buyguide.html
