New toy for the wife

Well, my wife and I decided to get rid of our Saab 92x Aero and find something bigger to accomodate us better. She also wants a Corvette. Well, we figured out a good compromise.

It's an '06 2WD with 39K miles on it. It is loaded with just about everyu option that they came with as far as I can tell. It runs super strong too. It has a K&N panel filter, aftermarket intake tube, and a Jet MAF. Not sure if this is a big upgrade or not. Not sure if anything else was done as we found it at a dealer. The exhaust is stock. This thing is rediculously clean for a 4 year old truck. My wife can't wipe the smile off her face when she is driving. Neither can I. :biggrin:

I know a bunch of you are TBSS owners, so what is a good TBSS forum out there?

Now I'm off to put the Saabaru officially up for sale. I already have buyers lined up, so it should be easy.

a corvette comprimise would be a CTS V. we are thinking about getting rid of the wifes vette for a CTS V.

looks Clean .....I ordered an 06 2wd it has a vector tune and cold air kit. It moves out pretty good. It ran 13.80's in the humid south I havent had a chance to run it in cool weather the wife is always on the road with the kids. I know it will peg out the speed0

Nice. I will need to do some searching and see if I can track down the previous owner to see if this thing has a tune on it or not. It pulls hard and barks second gear. The intake is just a tube. It still has the airbox, but the MAF is a Jet unit.

Congrats on the TBSS! I bought my wife's 2wd TBSS new in Dec. 05. I still enjoy driving it.
