So.......
I have a new trans to install and I have the stock D5 from my old trans, I was thinking of having it flushed and checked out but was curious as to a ballpark figure for what that will cost. Any ideas and is there anything I should ask the trans shop to look out for?
Can I just take this to a local shop, seems like a basic thing to do that any trans shop should be capable of right?

This is one thing to not cut a corner on. For the low cost of a good stock D-5 it's well worth starting out with a new and clean unit. Prices will range from around $150 to $330 depending on the quality of the unit bought.

I was just searching around and found Cotton has some good prices on Orange stripe and Red stripe converters, might just go that route. I have a stock turbo for now and don't plan on upgrading for a little while anyway.

Now to see how people like these other converters. = search,search,search......
