I got a turbo from aggressive auto who ordered it from limit engineering. I put it on and everything went fine. I let it "break in" if you actually need to break one in by letting the engine warm to normal operating temperatures for awhile and drove it around for about 15 miles before I started getting into boost. When I got out of the car to check the turbo I noticed smoke was coming from the turbo. It wasn't the oil lines but the oil was actually leaking from the 6 bolts the hold the exhaust housing in place, the bolts that have the bracket that mounts to the heat shield bracket that supports the turbo off the engine block. One of the bolts wasn't tightened at all so I tightened it and all the other bolts real good. Still had oil leaking from each bolt, but it seems to be only after having a boosted drive. What is the cause for this? Are these bolts exposed to the oiling system? There is no smoke from the exhaust when I floor it. Are these bolts supposed to have some kind of sealant on them from limit?
Please, someone who has been there, let me know what I should do.
Thanks, James.

Should there have been somekind of sealant on the bolts to keep them from leaking? Do I need to take them out and put some high temp copper gasket sealer on them or locktite or something?
Does anybody know what is the prolem here? Thanks, James.

Questioned answered

Called Limit and they said that it was anti-seize that was leaking from the bolts so all is good and maybe this will halp someone else that does a turbo replacement and is unknowing like me.
