We recently purchased a brand new Front loader Clothes washer by whirlpool.
(doing my part to keep the overseas economy going)

Anyway I set it all up with new no leak hoses, & made sure it was level on the wood pallet.

This has a 1500 rpm spin cycle & boy does it shake & make some noise.
Unfortunatly you can't hear these or see them run in the store.

Does anyone else have same problem? Any ideas on what I can do to stop it from shaking. If I lean against it the rattling goes away.

Not good...Did you pull out the transportation bolts from the rear?? (I've only delt with LG, don't know for sure Whirlpool has them)

I have new maytag, front loader

and is a little noisey ( fast spin cycle) but not bad, check with dealer and see what they say.
ours has 300 lbs of concrete in base of it!! (not kidding!)

Take it off the pallet. That's probably wobbling.

x2. try setting it on 4 sep 4x4's if your worried about flooding

I'm confused (as usual). Why is it on a wood pallet? 1st thing a service tech is going to ask you is "What kind of floor is it on?"

Our Maytag has been on the shipping pallet for over 20 yrs. and still going
strong, do not if that helps you or not.

Is it a top load? The new front load washers need a sturdy floor. The speed and harmonics are completely different on them compared to a top loader. Concrete (basement) preferably. Next best is first floor. Forget about getting one to never shake if it's on a second or higher floor. At least the way most modern homes are built.

That could be it.. The wife is tryin to load up & do less washes.

I tell you after spinning at 1500 rpm the clothes come out almost dry. It has cut down our Dryer time in 1/2.

To everyone else. It is on a pallet currently but I think I will pull that out & place on the cement floor.

I bought one of these a year ago along with a new gas dryer. I love doing laundry now. The dryer dries clothes almost as fast as I can wash them. I say take it off the pallet and install the adjustable feet.
