Newbie about to pay out for a GN need Advise

I'm planning on checking out this GN about 4 hrs away so wanted to know some of the things to look over. I'm far from a serious gear hear but know my way around an engine. just wanted to know weak points and stuff. Car has @ 150K on it but looks good in pics. Shows rust on the pass side or maybe it's just dirt. owner says it's a clean title no salvage BS. Just wanted to ask a few questions before i go get it. the car is prices way under 10K and is needing under 500 in work to make her a daily driver. But i wanted to ask some of you guys since your buick GN guys and I'm seriously wanting to see this in my driveway. I'm not some kid who'll jump in the seat open my wallet and say good bye but before i get into it i wanted some expert opinions on what to look for.

What is your location..... maybe someone on here is local to you and can go with you to look at the car....

Someone who knows these cars can save alot of future headaches.

I guess I should add..... pull the carfax..... check real good for rust in the bottom of the doors... bottom of the fenders.... bottom of the quarter panels....

Get a list of all modifications.....

Any engine work?

Slide under and look at tranny.... should be a tag on the rear of the tranny that has BRF in big letters on it...

Overall condition?

How does it drive...??

accelerate smoothly?

Post some pictures on here before you make a decision.... engine compartment....interior... etc....
