My bro just picked up a 2000 GTP and I ran a code scan on it and it needs a MAF sensor on the car.

Anyone know where to get one at a reasonable cost?

Heard the cardone remans that are available at part houses are crap.

Anyways if anyone has an extra sensor or know where to get one let me know please.

Thanks,

Jerry

Go to a local auto parts store and pick up either some maf sensor cleaner or electronics cleaner. Remove the sensor and spray it out good. Do not touch the wires on the inside. Just spray it out. That very well may fix your problem. If not, try Auto Parts Fast at RockAuto . They are usually cheaper and have quick shipping.;)

Already tried the cleaner

Yeah sprayed it down good, butI hooked up my ODBII scanner and looked at the streaming data and it is totally dead voltage not moving at all give it gas the voltage stays the same.

My brother says the cardone units are crap, but I dont know about that.

Ive heard of rock auto before and heard they were pretty good.

Thanks,

Jerry
