I have a real nice 20 over 109 block that had ALL machine work done to it about 4,000 miles ago. Cleaned, magged, squared up,decked, line bored and honed and bored 20 over. All work done with a torque plate and done by Kevin at Precision Balancing and this guy KNOW's what he's doing. Never been blowed up or hurt. I blew a headgasket on it in Dec. and decided to use my spare all forged 109 engine. I had Kevin check it out for sure and give it a fresh hone job. It was hot tanked, re-magged, honed and new soft plugs are installed. This block has ARP main studs and the front three main caps are Pro-Gram billet caps. It does not have cam bearings in it. $450 plus shipping and I can ship it Fedex. I will have pics, of it Monday as that's when I'll pick it up from Kevin.
Also I have a stock turbo crank that's 10-10 and does have a .010 oversized thrust bearing. All castings have been ground and cleaned up. Just had Kevin clean, mag and give it a fresh polish job. Nothing wrong with this crank. $250 plus shipping.
Also have a set of 20 over 8 to 1 J&E pistons with full floating polished and shot peened stock rods with ARP rod bolts. Nice set. $300 plus shipping.
