Nice TA49 low miles

I have a nice TA49 for sale. I bought it from a friend that put it on his built t type and spun it around and hit a telephone pole backwards. He said " it hauled A$$ for a while..." he said it had less than 1500 miles on the turbo when I bought it and I've only put 200 miles on it. I got a good deal on it and wanted to start out with a smaller turbo on my new motor to get the bugs worked out and at least get a decent tune. Now its time to step up.

before I say an absolute yes, can you verify there is no shaft play? I would also pick it up local to Sarasota.....

I bought my first GN a year ago so I'm not real familiar with whats alot of play and not. The turbo looked like new and the shaft was pretty tight to me. It wiggled a little bit but not much. I asked two friends of mine when they were at my shop and they both said it was fine. I put it on and it dosent smoke or have any problems. Both of the guys that looked at it have been around GNs for quite a while. JD and Don Cruz. I'm not holding them responsible for this turbo I'm just telling you what they said. Both great guys that have helped Me and many of my friends with our turbo buicks. Since I bought the TA49 I have seen new turbos out of the box and they too have play (clearance ) . Its still on my car and I'm pulling it off tomorrow. Yes, Its still available. thanks !
