No boost ?

Just replaced my head gaskets and 87 Buick grand national I fired her up she runs fine I have a TE 44 and 60 pound inj running them at 42 psi just replaced my head gaskets and 87 Buick grand national I fired her up she runs fine I have a TE 44 and 60 pound checked all my vacuum lines there all good checked wastgate that's good idles fine got 20 psi of vacuum but when I get on it no boost what so ever any Idea and when I rev it it shoots flames out the pipe sounds like it's too Rich

Got 1/8'' of tension on the actuator arm ? I thought I did but didn't after I did my heads and my car wouldn't build any boost.
