There were two THDP designs produced back when he actually was making them. One for stock headers which didn't get close to the fenderwell, one for ATR style headers which swung out much further and was close to the fenderwell.

OP's sig says he has ATR headers sooooo........?

I can't remember how close it came to the passenger side fender well. I will take check and post pics tomorrow. I have stock headers on the GN. ATR in sig. are for the exhaust pipe and mufflers, not the headers.

If it's a real THDP, the curve starts almost at the flange.

I've been trying to call (for 3 weeks) Turbonetics for a rebuild on the turbo, and not having any luck. Is there any other company/shops that rebuild turbo's?

If you send the turbo to Bison for rebuild, you may want to think about also shipping him your down pipe to perform the mods he suggests in post # 16.
May cost a few bucks but the end result will most likely be worth the extra cost in the future, in terms of performance and less headaches and troubleshooting.
