No closed loop

I have a stock ECM with a Extreme"G" chip in it . Been working great for many years but now the ecm will not go into closed loop after warm up. All sensors are working and I have no codes set in the ecm. A/F is running around 12.5 to 13.5
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you played with any chip settings?

No but The car sat for about a month and the battery went dead. So I recharged the battery, reset the ecm by disconnecting the power wire to it. Last week it was idling and the motor died at the same time the check engine light came on then went out and the motor comeback to idle. This happen very quickly so I didn't have to restart the engine.

Might try refreshing the chip connection by removing and reinstalling.
