No power

I have an 85 hot air. It hasn't been running up to par for a long time. I replaced the injectors with 42 lb 009's and a TT chip burned for my set up. It misses and surges at 10psi boost. OTC 4000 scan tool shows up to 11 degrees of knock in first gear and as much as 9 in second. It runs worse after these mods. Before I could get 15 PSI with Knock and miss.
It has the original engine, no rebuild with around 126,000. KB Headers and Exhaust, TPS Tech,Hueffman Cold Air, 160 thermostat, Stock MAF,Turbo,AC 42 plugs gapped 42,Accel 8.8 wires, 86 coil pack/module,85 ECM, Walbro 307 pump with Casper's hot wire, Casper Heated O2 sensor.
I can set Fuel Pressure any where from 38 to 45 with line off and it runs the same.

Sounds like a set of 009's I had in my '87... One injector was bad, and it would show knock retard in any gear. Including park and neutral if I revved it. Replaced them with a set of 55's and everything cleared right up. Might pay to have them flow tested. Kind of a pain to pull the turbo I know, but you'll have to pull the turbo anyway if you pop a head gasket...
