No Power

Hey all i installed a few parts onto my car and am having some problems. The scanmaster #'s look good im running 15lbs boost with the alky turned off. The car gets up to boost ok with no tire spin(lack of power) and holds boost ok. the parts i installed are as followes 61 bb turbo, 42.5 lb injectors,new fuel pump, adj fuel pressure reg, 3in downpipe, 3200 ptc converter,tt chip (one for alky 23-25 lbs,one for 93 oct 15-17lbs in now)and alky. I did not put in a hot wire will this help? My fuel pressure is at 43lbs line off and my 02's are 790-820 wot third gear. My tps is set spot on,no exhaust leaks and no vacuum leaks. So how come i don't have any power i cant even spin the tires without the brake. Any help/suggestions. Thanks Rob

with that turbo its not going to put out anymore power than a stocker it will probably hurt you bottom end at that boost level. now turn on your alky and turn it up to 22 or 23 and report back. if you had ported heads and had thta 61 at 15 psi then yes it would make a noticable difference. with those scanmaster numbers you are ready to turn it up
