No shift at full throttle!

Listen to this. My trans works great under full throttle shifting from 1-2, but it will never shift to 3rd as long as my foot is on the floor. As soon as I back off to half throttle it shifts but if I put my foot back to the floor it will jump back into 2nd and goes on the rev limiter. I can't even get a baseline for this car until I fix this problem. Any suggestions?

Check TV cable adjustment.

Put a pressure gauge on it. You could have a leak in the intermediate servo.

I have checked the TV cable but didn't think about the servo. thanks
