noisy rockers

i just ran my new motor for the first time and the new roller rockers seem a little noisy is this normal?they are harland sharp rockers

I would double check the lash, but Harland Sharpe's are loud, the spacer tube between the rockers is free to float, and makes some noise.

Sure its rockers and not noisey lifters. What roller lifters are you using?

I have Harland Sharpe roller rockers and Comp 885 roller lifters and they are very noisy. Put me off at first too but for the most part it's normal.
