non buick - bypass pulley help

my sons 95 monte ac compressore went out , any way i am trying to install the ac bypass pulley , on the stock compressor it's threaded , but sence you remove that part i no longer have any thing for the bolts to screw into, the bypass pulley and bracket that comes in the kit, has a smooth bore where the bolts go, not like the stock unit i removed which the bolts just thread into it. the kit comes with a pulley mounted on the braket and 3 bolts, but what in the **** does it thread into now. so has any one used one of these before?? or does any one know any thing about these ac bypass pulley's?? help would be great
