Ok now that we cannot get pumps for the non-pro owners...what other solutions are there? I heard about a Caravan pump? But couldn't tell if they were being sarcastic or real...no I don't want to upgrade to the progressive system at this point...Oh the kit in question is a SMC kit..with two nozzles and a hobbs switch as well.....

I'm actually using a stock fuel pump out of an 86' Gn... I know this isn't the smartest thing and I do worry it will fail.. I just push the test button prior to any serious throttle.

I've been using a Kenne Bell intank pump which is a Walbro GSS242 for over 3 years as a suitable replacement.

I did break it in for 18 or so years on gas first however.

I'm using the pump Paulie described it's out of a 88 or 89 Dodge Acclaim and i installed it as Paulie has posted actually it's a Walboro pump and i have a hobbs switch on mine too because the ground is bad in the controler again thanks to Paulie for the help on that
