Non-Turbo carb into Draw-threw?

Can I make a Edel Q-jet into a draw-threw carb? Couldn't I just adapt parts off a draw-threw carb onto my Edel 4bbl and have it work? I want to do the TBI setup later, but I still need some parts off a draw-threw carb to make it work anyway. Problem is, its hard to find a draw-threw carb and when I do, they are too expensive. I am looking to do a non-ccc setup. Any ideas?

Can't be done Jase. It uses 2 power valves instead of one.

Yes , the power valve on a draw though "SHOULD" monitor the intake instead of right under the carb. Becasue it is possible to be @ part throttle and be under boost and with a standard carb it would be lean because there is a vacuum under the carb.
