Just to piggy back on this.

I just bought one and it looks a bit different from the stocker. On the bottom, there is a flat plate that goes across the bottom of the pick up screen. Is this going to hurt or prevent oil pick up? There is clearance between the screen and the plate, so it's not blocked off entirly.

Has anyone used the new pick up tubes yet?

YUP, Iv'e used that same one. NO problem. Just make SURE you get the right length one as Napa shows 3 different length's now.
