Not many of these things still laying around! NEW NOS GM passenger (RH) quarter panel for 81-87 regals. These have been discontinued since the mid-90's. Full quarter panel outer skin only (no inner wheelhouse). It has some scuffs from being moved around over the years. Only thing I consider "damage" is at the top where it is hidden by the quarter glass, the metal is broken apart. See pics. I understand it says "olds cutlass" but it's obviously a regal 1/4 panel and does not fit an olds, maybe that's how it ended up in storage? There is absolutely no way that I will ship this. Midwesterners can PM me, might meet somewhere for fuel cost, etc.
