NOS4GN - What the heck is this?

I am helping out a buddy of mine with an 87 and placed an order for a replacement part.
On the website the value commitment statement (See link below) reads:
Our VALUE goes Above & Beyond the parts purchase

Having ordered from these guys before, they know I have an 84.
The next day, Glen has the guts to call me to ask if the part is for the 84, just to make sure I get the correct part.

Not being used to this type of thing, my thoughts were;
What the heck kind of "above and beyond order placement service" is this? Did you just call me to verify the $20 part I ordered is the correct one?

Guess "I" need to get used to this kind of service if I am going to continue doing business NOS4GN!

YEP..... Glen by far has some of THE BEST service, prices, stock..... out there... he is TRULY an asset to our tight knight community .... i have spent a lot of money with them, never had an issue, shipping is always quick, and a couple times he even gave me FREE presents:biggrin:

If all vendors treated the community as Glen does, we would all be for the better. This man goes out of his way to make sure of 100% satisfaction.
I mentioned this before, but here goes. On one occasion, Glen spent 30-45 minutes of his time on the phone with me making sure I understood the particulars of a certain product and the installation. Try to match that one!

Even the recent order of hoses was packed well.
