I recently bought this low miles 87 GN for my wife to run in TRUE STREET.. I have always wanted to have one of these cars and figured it was the perfect car for us to take to cruise nights and for her to run. It now has the following bolt ons done to it.
RedArmstrong F7599H (107chip)
Red Armstrong XP Fuel pump
Billet Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
Scan Master 2.1 tuning/scanning tool
Applied Technologies valve cover breather kit
Racetronix Fuel Pump Hot wire and Body ground kit # RXG7-FPWHG
42# injectors
Stretched Intercooler and a half
Terry Houston 3” downpipe
Applied Technologies Stainless Pitbull exhaust w / gutted cat
Precision T-49 Turbo
Applied Technologies Cold Air intake
Hotchkis front sway bar
Hotchkis rear anti roll bar
Hotchkis rear control arms
Here are 2 timeslips run with stock Goodyear GT II tires 23 lbs of boost on Sunoco 110 fuel. Leaving on 3 lbs of boost and slowly laying the pedal down but still hazing the tires a ways out..
I have since added Reds VOltage booster and a set of 235 Mickey Drag radials.
My goal is to make the car run low 7s in the 1/8 or mid 11s in the 1/4.. I know the car needs a converter but can any of you guys who have "BEEN HERE, DONE THAT" think of anything else that should make the car run the # ? I should add that I have a set of rear bags a buddy gave me if I end up needing to install 1 or both of them.
Thanks
