My kit hasn't arrived yet but I figured I could get a head start because I'll need to take the uppipe to work anyway where I have more tools. I'm trying to find out how the nozzle is installed in the pipe? Just drill/tap the pipe or is there something else to it? If it's just drill/tap does anyone know the sizes? Like I said I don't have the kit yet so I have no instructions, so if someone could tell me what size hole to tap I could take the pipe to work, get it all ready, and then when the kit arrives I'll have one less thing to do.

its a 13/32 (3/8th if you wiggle it around a little) bit you will need. If you are looking into the engine bay at the up pipe, julio recommends drilling it at the 9 o'clock angle;)

hope this helps, i just did the install last week:D

Yup that's exactly what I wanted to know, now I can just take the pipe to work tomorrow and prep it for the install without waiting for the instructions to get here, thanks.

Also remeber to have it close enough to the end so that you can tools in there for making it tight. Dont want it become loose while under boost or anything.

Wait until you get the kit so you can see how you want the line run...you can mount it on the top like he ^^^^ did, bottom, side, whatever but you can't redo it once it is done.

I don't know your tubing wall thickness, but I've seen a couple nitrous or alky installs on thinwall tubing that really should have had a bung installed for a stronger mount point. Vibration over time, combined with heat cycling, made them eventually loosen up and/or fall out. At least worth considering.
