Razor I want to jet hot coat my up pipe, I will get your kit this summer, is drilling a 13/32 hole all I need to do to install your nozzle or do I need to bung it. If I have to weld a bung, I'll have to do it before the coating. Thanks

Just drill a hole, you arent actually screwing the nozzle into anything.... theres a nut on the nozzle that you use to tighten it from inside the pipe.

After you drill the hole, use a rat-tail file to knock off the burrs on the inside of the pipe, then pull some clean rags through the pipe to get out any metal shavings....

I usually shoot brake cleaner in the pipe to wash it. And use the rag as well.. Typically on pipes that have been on cars for a while, there will be an oil film/dust. And metal shavings may stick to that film.
