When installing the nozzle into the up pipe do you
-put washers on the outside and inside?
- use thread sealant on the threads that go into the 90* elbow?

Thanks
Kevin

procedural steps.
Drill hole and feed nozzle from the inside out. Now start tighten elbow onto nozzle and this will draw more threads exposed. back out elbow and install washer on outside. Start to tighten ebow again until snug. All looks good.. back out elbow and put a drop of loctite on the nozzle threads and re-install elbow.

Note.. you cannot install both inside and outside washers the very first time. There wount be enough threads exposed. This is why the back and forth.
Note.. do not crush the tip of the nozzle. This is why the washers are there to shim.
Note.. nozzles are made of brass which is a soft metal. Meaning get crazy and you'll break/destroy them.
Note.. the rubber once gets hot on the washers will create a seal so there are no leaks. It will be normal for movement to exist. Snug is the word. Not loose.
Note.. the loctite keeps any chance of the nozzle backing out from happening. Would suck for the motor to inhale a nozzle..

Hope this helps.
