I did it about 10 years ago. If you can stay on it, I went from 230 to 176. In 10 years I went back up to 272, but that was my choice. I LOVE food, & I HATE to exercise!!!!!!:biggrin:
If you want to really drop the weight in a hurry and you have the discipline, I highly recommend Medifast. Two people I know how gone on it and lost MASSIVE amounts of weight in a short period of time.
I'd say Weight Watchers may pay off more than Nutrisystems longterm. Weight Watchers teaches you about exercise and how to calculate a healthy meal. This will enable you to maintain after going off their plan.
i only asked this because the wife was on it last year and had a couple a wks of food or so left and thought if some one here was on it i would of shipped it to them. so i threw it out to make room.
