O2 numbers fluctuate a lot on PL...

still new to using it but at idle it fluctuates a lot. i'm getting code 45 rich o2 sensor too.

i'm guessing it's a bad sensor?

That is perfectly normal for narrow band O2 operation during closed loop.

You have a very healthy O2 sensor there. When the ECM is in open loop (WOT, or cold engine, etc) will you see steady readings.
And don't worry when at times during deceleration you see the value drop to zero, that's normal also.
