I've had the kit in just a week, had it perfectly tuned Monday, ready for a race this next weekend, and today I swapped on a 18# actuator and went for a test drive, and my O2s have fallen drastically and I'm getting some knock..this was at 22#.
I dropped the boost to 18#, and cranked the alky up, still no O2s back in range, they're below 600mv. I changed chips and went back to a non-alky chip that was tuned for 24# of boost, that would make it real rich at only 18#, and now I've got O2s in the 790-800mv range and no knock without alky...but the O2s should be alot higher with this chip and no akly. I turn on the alky and set it to the half way knob on Razors kit, and still no change in O2s...
I'm totally at a loss of what to do next...its like I have 2 problems, no alky and lak of fuel with the old non-alky chip...no matter what I do I can't get the O2s any higher.
I did pull the uppipe off and hit the "test" botton on the alky controller and it sprays alky out just fine.....I'm about to go out a try it with pressure to see if it will spray based on the boost pressure by using a air compressor with key on/engine off...
