That it was a prank article run in a small joke only south American paper.....as in nothing in their paper its real.....ever.

Funny thing is that the used the picture if the woman and kid without permission and had to issue an apology.

I think snopes is a front foundation for the elites... However to prepetuate the lies they have to tell many truths... I'd have to agree this is fake.... I don't even think 818 is this f'ing stupid....
