oil coler question

Before installing a new motor,can the oil cooler be replaced in the radiator or does the whole rad need to be replaced?

A radiator shop can replace the oil cooler after removing the end tank. Have tried to locate new oil cooler but have not found a source. May want to check that out before the old one is removed.
