Oil cooler size vs oil pressure

could be any problem if I use too big of an oil cooler, engine oil cooler?

Was reading around here and seems that if I install bigger oil cooler i could loose some oil pressure?

I was thinking on using those Setrab or BM style oil 12 inches wide, 7 inches tall and about 2 inches deep with at least 1/2 size fittings and hoses (AN8)

Currently using 3/8 lines (AN6) lines and a dual cooler (similar to derale dual circuit 15331)

You don't want to cool the oil that much!!

No, you won't lose oil pressure. PSI stands for 'per square inch'.. Adding inches won't change the pressure.

There's a bypass valve in the sammich adapter. The more restrictive the oil cooler path, the more oil gets bypassed and sent straight to the filter.

The answer to that is "it depends". If your current heat rejection means aren't up to task you need more cooling capability. If you have the ability to maintain a desired oil temp in real world conditions, there's no need for more cooling.

More fluid will slow down the rate of temp change (both up and down).
