Oil level too high?

I was putting my new stroker engine build together and was getting ready to put pan on and saw my dip stick and wonder if that was right. The gash mark for the “full” will have oil high enough that the crank and rods will slosh it. Is this right? That’s not good.

Keep in mind when the engine is running a portion of the oil will be in circulation therefore the oil level in the pan will be much lower. No need to worry.
