oil,oil eveywhere

got a 78 thats been sitin for 3 years because of this. When i was driving it daily, it would blow the breather tube right of the fill tube, I also noticed oil in the air cleaner shoot oils all over the place. got hit in it and this is when it started happening. just tryin to get a heads up if i do try to resto it. its not in bad shape at all cept for the primer orange nose piece and dark grey 80 regal quarter panel. coul it be a craked ring or somthin like tat

Compression test or leak down test time. And go from there.

Try checking the PCV valve. It's under the EGR manifold.
