Oil on top of Intercooler

Guys, I cleaned my Intercooler and UP pipe a few weeks ago and I already have a line of oil on the top of my Intercooler. It seemes to be coming from the hose that connects the Intercooler to the UP pipe. Is this a sign of a problem somewhere or is this normal?

Tomco sells a PCV valve bypass or restrictor. I bet you anything thats where your oil is coming from. I'm trying to find his website..
