Oil pump springs

Going to use the yellow spring, anyone thinks different let me know.

Id use a blue one. In the last few years the yellow ones ive tried relieved pressure at around 45 psi. Maybe they were a bad batch of springs or the wrong springs in the kits. I used to get 60 psi with a yellow one. The blue one is at 70 psi and hasnt been a problem. 12 psi per 1000 rpm is what you need.

I had a yellow spring give me just over 70lbs. on one of my builds. After I noticed the pressure was a little high I checked it with 2 other gauges and still got the same reading. I changed it out with another yellow spring from another kit and it gave me 60 psi on the money.
