Just getting away from all the white stuff or are you hunting "iron":p

I'll also be going to Florida in March...by route 15 (Can) 87, 287, 87 again, then 95 all the way to FL...

Have a good trip...

Claude. ;)

If I-95 is too snowy, you can always check out I-75... At least through KY the roads are clear and it's gonna hit the high 30's maybe into the 40's (It's like summertime!);)

hmmm did Rt 95 in Virginia get snow ??? I know down "south" they don't have snow plows :p

Dan you can't leave now! I'm trying to start the wagon this weekend and when it won't fire up I need someone to tell me what a blockhead I am. I was counting on you to make me feel totally inadequate like only you can ;)

Dan, NJ turnpike is alright its slow moving but the road it self is not to bad. I just got back from newark nj... Other then the thousands of idiots out on the roads I had no issues even hauling a 28 foot E.P.A. trailer. South of philly threw most of Delaware is again clear but slow going. Just have to be careful of the wind and snow drifts. I think you should be alright as long as you don't try and do 150mph down there :D NJ it was still snowing pretty hard though.... is it spring time yet

No probs in Va, drive the speed limit in Georgia, the fuzz are vultures there.

Ill just give you the correct answer without leaving the house or listening to any radio BS broadcasts. That is they suck. No matter which one you take it will be the wrong one and you are guaranteed to have some jack a$$ driving to fast or some dopey bitch trying to drive and text crash and thwart your commute. Hope this helps:biggrin:

I'd be checking for snow down here, it was 48* this morning when I left for work. Only supposed to get up to 68* today.

very simple here.. Motor all primed ???? Prime the fuel to.. Have a good battery. Then just start it up.. Mazda started right up.. You did use a GN harness right ??

Youre gonna be about 5 minutes away from the shop when you pass us on 95. Be sure to stop off and visit on your way back.

I95 in Md is fine, just the far western part of the state is getting dumped on with snow. The worst spot on 95 is called the mixing bowl where I495 (the loop around DC) joins with I95 south, south of DC. From there to Fredericksburg (about 40 miles) can take 2-3 hours. From Delaware (use I495 to avoid Wilmington) I recommend taking I95 south to I695 (the loop around Baltimore) north of Baltimore, then take I695 east (it will say Essex, I think, NOT Towson). Come around past Billy Anderson's shop in Edgemere til you get to I97 to Annapolis and take it south for about 10-15 miles and then exit onto Rt 3 or US301. Forget what it is called right there but if it is 3 it immediately changes names into 301. Take that south across the toll bridge into VA for about 60 miles which puts you even with the south end of Fredericksburg. There will be signs to get back over to I95 (I think it is Hwy 207? but there will be signs) and then stay on 95 through Richmond. Absolute worst case if you don't jog back over to I95, 301 runs into I285 the loop around Richmond but that last 20 miles is one lane each way and slow. 301 is 2-3 lanes each way and 55 mph speed limit but I guarantee it will save an hour or more over just staying on I95. I'm at exit 33 on I95 between Baltimore and DC if you need anything - enjoy your trip.

84 and 287 are perfectly fine highways but tomorrow is gonna be pretty treacherous driving thru CT due to heavy snow and worse as you head south.

Calling for another 3-5 inches over nite here.

I would venture to say the bad weather conditions will add 4-5 hours to ur trip one way:eek:.

Thanks Brett.. Not goin to add anything to my trip.. I can wait a few days if I have to

What time are you planning to start your voyage? Timing has alot do with getting through the major NE cities. Once you get passed DC, you're golden.
