Dave,havent really thought of rpm...Car wont be seeing any Sunday drives so streetability isnt a concern.Im really just wanting something that I can get into fairly cheap thatll take some abuse for years to come.

And I do not want to go on center.

Im no pro but what ive heard and experienced with longer rods with pins that interfere with the rings is blow by after some miles(347 SBF)
