? on oil intake bolts

While taking it apart I noticed the the driver side intake bolts all had oil on them??? The passenger side didn't, but were alittle rusty in the holes. I have finshed yet...stupid low profile bolt still has to come out..hoping neighbor has the socket.
Is this normal????? the oil I mean

I know when my oil return line for my turbo had a crack it leaked oil onto my intake but not necessarily (sp) right onto the intake bolts.
