One day of nice weather finally

Finally we had one nice day here - I walked to One World Financial Center (next to the old World Trade Center site) then to Battery Park - and what to my eyes did appear but my first view of shorts and bikinis (females only i looked at) . Gee I wonder when I will ever see that again ? Its going to rain for the next 3 days yet again

I cut my grass about 9 days ago and fertilized that weekend. Of course we got tons of rain. I was able to finally start cutting my grass last night. I say start because it is so long after only 9 days I got thru about 1/3 of my grass. My bagger got jammed up some many times I had to stop using it. So I ended up having to rake what i did cut. It normally takes me only 1 hour to cut my whole lawn when it is reasonable length. 1 hour and only 1/3 third of it done. It is going to rain again today so I can't continue cutting til at least Thursday. It is crazy.

Damn I wish I had that problem with my lawn, I turned over the dirt and put down weed and feed and grass seed and I only got a few patches and its like a month later !!

Yes, the Echelon mall show, boy it Sucks being 2+ hours away!!
But I've been attending all the local shows up here! Its great because I'm the ONLY TR in the area! Even at Maple Grove, racing on Fridays(7.2 miles from the house), the ONLY TR!!! But it sure is great hearing how they all lined-up to see my 2nd pass
last Friday after I went a 12.52@109, unfortunatly my Posi is gone
so the next pass was only a 12.70@108.70 but my son told me
they were all cheering me on

Thats OK, the new Eaton goes in on the 26th!!

WHY did you use WEED & FEED..?
the WEED killer will kill any new grass started from seed.

You shoulda used just the FEED ferterlizer.

Planted about $100 worth of flowers around the house and they are all dead, drowned I guess. Sucks going thru the winter we had and now no spring. Looks like a wet weekend coming up too. Feels like we are in Seattle around here. (CT)

Actually, when planting new seed you should use starter fertilizer, it makes a huge difference.
