Only 15# Boost - Help!

I put a new internal gate downpipe on, hooked standard actuator up tuner style. With the rod adjusted with minimum tension it will boost to 10#....with the rod shortened all the way, 15# Any ideas?

Take the tube off the actuator or get an HD actuator. What are you trying to run for psi?

Exactly! Keep the puck closed to generate boost. Take the hose off and see where it goes. The exhaust pressure will probably open the gate around 20psi, but that's a guess so adjust your fuel accordingly. You'll need an HD actuator most likely to get to 27-28psi.

No cracks or leaks in the exhaust. I was getting 23# with an ext wg downpipe right before I put the int wg downpipe on.

I can footbrake and build 15# at the line no problem. Just takes a little longer than it should. I want to launch at 15# and run 27# WOT down the track
