Orange County Chapter All buick Show, Sun, 01 Oct., 2006, Enderly Center, 17th Street and Yorba Street, Tustin, Ca. I have never been to this show, but I am planning on going just to see what's there. I will NOT have the turbo-t there. For show info. contact Larry Minery @ (714) 639-1137, or e-mail >bruce@compactbuickclub.org< This is a free show for spectators, and I have been told that there are always some turbo Buicks there. Unfortunately, I just called one of the officials and I was informed to show a car, you have to be a member of the national club, ( Buick Club of America). I will probably go, but I won't have the turbo-t there. Can't afford $30 for annual dues for the BCA and another $20 for the Orange Chapter for the show. Now I think that I know why our turbo Buick cars never win anything out at the all GM show. That show might be on my "Car shows that don't seem to like me" list for next year. I always like the show, but I have never seen a turbo Buick take home so much as a honorable mention, and there have been GNX's, some extremely low mileage GN's, try a 289 mile GN year before this last show. I know the mileage to be real as I looked at the car about 2 years ago before it sold to it's current owner.
