I set on ordering some Billet Specialty wheels for my car and really want Nitto DR's 315/35/17 on the back. Did some research (Search Button) and they should fit without a frame notch with the proper backspacing.

This is what I was thinking:

Fronts- 17x8's 4.5 inch BS
tires- 235/40/17

Rears- 17x10's w/ a 4.75 BS
tires- 315/35/17

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am running it on the back exactly as you said. Be careful some 315's are bigger or smaller. the nitto 555DR fits but I think their other 315 is bigger. Be careful

On the front its just me but Id run a 8.5 or 9 inch with 4.5 BS and a 245 or 255 tire. Thats me. I like to put as much as I can in there with a smooth ride and no rub.

I run a 10" upfront and a 275 with 4.75 BS. Not that I recommend it. I prefer what I said up top. I have no rub and never worry about it front or back.

Here is a pic of his car that I took a few months back in Orlando:

That is a pic of Mario65's car. I believe he runs 17x10 on all four corners. 4.75 backspace. No frame mods that I recall. The wheel/tire sizes are in is sig, several posts above this one.

When I saw his car in person, I remember that the front tires are closer to the edge of the fender compared to the rears. That's probably why he recommends going with a 9 inch on the front rather than a 10.

If plan on doing brakes an a-arms next, Do Them First,or you'll be buying new wheels again, mainly in the front. I run 18x10 an 18x9 with 295/40 in back,255/40 in the front Falken autocross tires. no rear mods, but front mods up the wazoo...heh
