Oregon and Seattle what should I do?

heading to Astoria,Oregon for a few days for a wedding and heading up to Seattle after for a few days. Any places that are a must see around those areas? I'll have a rental car so I'll be able to travel if it's somewhat close. Buddy of mine lives out in Oregon so he will give me some pointers and etc, but figured I'd ask on here if anyone has any recommendations. Thanks

The Boeing Museum of Flight on Boeing Field in Seattle. Set aside 4 or more hours. Great displays. Travel north 30 miles and there are 2 amazing privately owned war bird museums in Everett. If I have time when you are in Everett, I will go with you. Don't go the the Everett Boeing "museum", though. Drive into the parking lot and walk over to the fence and look over at the Flightline and the largest building in the world. PM me for my number, and we can meet up.
